Welcome to Empire Howick - our facilities out east make this space more than just a gym. With a recovery room onsite, we have membership options to include one recovery session weekly, or you can choose a casual visit. At our Howick location we also have Youth CrossFit Classes.

ROOM

Our recovery room at Empire Howick has 2x ice baths and 2x saunas. It is a great way to get your body to reset after a week of training. You can either book the Recovery Room for one off sessions at $50, or add 1x weekly session to your Open Membership for just $15 extra.
