Now open at our newest location, Empire East Auckland is more than just a gym. With a recovery room onsite, we have membership options to include one recovery session weekly, or you can choose a casual visit. At our East Auckland location we also have Youth CrossFit Classes.

At our East Auckland location we're excited to offer Youth CrossFit classes, for tamariki and rangatahi that are looking for a way to stay active and learn a new sport, at the small cost of just $15 per class.

RECOVERY
ROOM

Our recovery room at Empire East Auckland has 2x ice baths and 2x saunas. It is a great way to get your body to reset after a week of training. You can either book the Recovery Room for one off sessions at $50, or add 1x weekly session to your Open Membership for just $15 extra.

Not ready to sign up on a membership? You can still come and join in the fun with a casual session, or a 10 class concession pass. Just $25 for a casual session, or 10 classes for $250. Great for those that aren't ready to commit to a full membership or only want to come once a week.
